these are important to me because i did them in a fit of inspiration and never really stopped drawing after that. in a lot of my drawings after this point you can see me lose the passion and drive to learn and have my progress stagger.

related to some stuff i had going on in mid 2023. its a self portrait and its pretty accurate to my resting face (though the cranium is too small). i wrote a letter sort of addressing how i felt and then cut it up to create the text, each part of text is aligned to parts of the brain deliberately iirc.

i forgot i drew this until i found it lol. its cute and actually pretty well done, i was copying from a photo of myself playing the bass.

one of my first ocs, formerly known as candy gurl. 2018 was the year i started defining myself as an artist, and this was one of the first drawings that resulted from constantly grappling with a confusing art program. i think that in 2018 i was dissatisfied with my art a lot and it led to me making a lot of style changes and trying (maybe unsuccessfully, but that's okay) to improve constantly.

i made this for a discord server challenge where there was a daily modeling prompt. i didn't really have lighting down yet clearly lol

me and my online friend spent like 4 hours making yansim models for our two ocs we had who were sisters. this oc got me banned off a roblox roleplaying game because she was in the occult club and the roblox game didn't have an occult club. the game is a wasteland now and i'm unbanned so ha ha

from my yansim fanverse. including this because everything on him (except the glasses i guess) was modeled and textured by me. its amateur but not awful

this guy was a sensation within the yansim discord server i was in. his name was he and he liked to cosplay.

so i made this for a challenge where you had to create a render without using any premade assets. i used a reference to create the lizard but everything else was created by me! it's not a perfect model or render by any means but i appreciate it for its sort of hands-on quality

this is amelia from crush crush as an mmd model. i'm actually super proud of all her clothing because iirc i just took a ton of different clothing models and cobbled them together to make her outfit and then retextured everything. i don't know if i still have this model anywhere and i lost the actual download link on bowlroll...
