Transforminals was a supposed book series that I shamelessly ripped off from Rick Riordan (and Animorphs, which I have never read) in the fourth grade. The basic lore was that there was a group of people who had the ability to turn into a certain animal. An academy was created to accomodate this group. This group also warred against the Dragons in the past, trapping them permanently in their Dragon bodies and defining them as permanent enemies of the Transforminals.
If it wasn't super clear, Transforminals is a portmanteau of Transform Animals.

Physical Description: Described as having auburn hair in a ponytail and freckles.
Personality: Energetic, though not overly joyful. Takes most things lightly, including the unbelievable. She's very close to Jordan, apparently only allowing her close out of everyone when in a bad state of mind. She also shares things regarding her strange mental experiences openly with Jordan. Capable of acting quickly and disregarding the idea of potential punishment. However, she doesn't mind listening to authority as long as the orders don't conflict with her own desires.

Physical Description: Described as having long, dark hair she has to brush out of her face. Also seems to constantly have a melancholic expression.
Personality: She gets to the point. Unafraid of social alienation, practical and dryly humorous. Has a lot of care for Ren and becomes unreasonable under the threat of Ren being hurt. Despite her seeming lack of fear, she's afraid of being hurt in battle.
